The location was fantastic! It was right on North Beach and next to a lot of restaurants and shops. I especially like the Cuban and Israeli restaurants next door.

The space was a little small. For the money we paid, it would have been nice if there was a bigger kitchen or dining room.

I did enjoy the building architecture. Wonderful location. Great value overall.

They can do better on pest control. Parking spots are limited and is on the street by pay to park (expensive for a long stay) and website didn’t say that. Elevator was out of service by the time.

Location is good, close to beach and a few restaurants

The apartment was filthy, bathroom particularly bad with dust everywhere and hair all over the sink and shower. The entire building was dirty and seemed a bit unsafe. The bedding provided seemed to be dirty, and we did not feel comfortable at all. We had to leave for another hotel in the end.

Perfectly located for us, attended a music festival at the bandshell across the street. Beach supplies provided for spending the day on the beach, just across the street. Note, chairs are bag chairs not sand chairs. Unit well equipped, comfortable bed, great pillows, good water pressure in shower and AC was comfortable. Found free parking for the duration of our stay just 2 blocks away. Many thanks for a lovely stay!
