The property was nice but NOT WHAT WE PAID FOR

The amount of bedrooms did not match the amount I booked. My family was not able to come to stay with us because of this reason. I was told that this was not a place with 3 bedrooms, but I met a lot of people that were in a 3 bedroom. we were supposed to have a side view of the ocean and we did not.

"Great Stay"

I liked that both bathrooms had tubs and how comfortable the apartment was for our stay. Everything was so clean and the view from the balcony and windows were beautiful!

They are doing construction so finding a parking space is a bit of a pain for right now.

It was very clean.

Construction was going on. Details about construction were hidden in the fine print of the listing so we didnt know about it until the day before we arrived. TVs are not easy to work. No TV in the master bedroom. No ceiling fans in the condo. No games, puzzles, deck of cards, etc. that you usually find at beach rentals. No beach access. We were in town for a baseball tournament, so we werent at the condo very much. If we had come for a beach week vacation, we would have likely tried to get a refund and move to a new location.

The apt did not face the beach and there was no beach access from the building due to construction.

"On the beach with views, great for families."

We will stay here again. The property is under construction and will get 5 stars when it is done. The only thing that was difficult is I had requested an 11 am checkout instead of the 10am and the maid still showed up at 10am to get us out. No worries probably just a mix up. Great views, great location, had all the basics. If I was going to be really picky I'd say needs new towels but everything else was new and nice.
