The inside of the room was very nice and clean.

There was only one tv that worked and it was in a bedroom. There was no beach access. I wasn’t told about that or the construction until the day before arriving. There is also no pool.

The apartment was beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. There were lots of thoughtful touches everywhere

The building within which Oceanfront Beach House is situated is a little tired and doesn't match up to the standard of the apartment

There was no notes about the fact that the beach was not accessible from our building and that we had to go to the next beach access because of construction. We got that info in the email with codes and other info only 2 days prior to get to the condo. The goal of our short stay was to get a simple in and out to the beach. We needed to walk 7 min or take the car because we wanted to bring umbrellas, towels and lunch at the beach. Less convenient than it was advertised on booking.com. If we have knew, we would have chose somewhere else. It seems like the construction on the back end should be complete by end of 2023 but I would ask before booking if I had to go back. There was noise in the day but it wasn’t that bad as we were at the beach but on a Saturday morning at 7-8am with construction workers next to your room and dining room, wasn’t what I call a relaxed vacation! We had to clean and broom when we arrived, it was not cleanin the leaving room and kitchen. Not enough equipment in the kitchen (minimum not available), we bought some equipment and left it there.

The beach.... the facilities not so much

This message is not finding me well. I would like to point out that the message of the details about what to do before leaving the apartment came at 6:53 PM SUNDAY. That message should've been sent BEFORE CHECK OUT (which was Sunday at 11a-12p). I am very upset about this WHOLE situation. I am more than happy to pay the late check out fee, but we will have to discuss the VERY inappropriate miscommunication of this company. I advised that I would like to check out between 11a-12p. (later check out)... the cleaning staff is banging on my door at 9:45a asking why we are still there. FIFTEEN MINUTES before original check out (10a) and TWO HOURS and fifteen minutes before my selected checkout time of 11a-12p. Not to mention, the lady was very rude about the situation. Then I get a message about additional cleaning charges Sunday at 3:36P, and THEN I GET THE CHECKOUT DETAILS message Sunday at 6:53P. How do you expect your guests to check out properly when the message is sent HOURS AFTER DEPARTURE?!?! I am very upset about this. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!!!!!
