Just air conditioner is a little noisy

Great view, comfortable and clean bedding.

A long hike to the beach since construction wouldn’t allow beach access, no beach supplies such as umbrella or beach chairs, and so hot and humid inside with zero fans in the entire apartment.

I liked that it was not super expensive and access to the brach at least was not far from where we were. The place itself was very nice and well kept and there were a variety of family games to play. The kitchen was also well stocked with necessary utensils and pans to cook for the family.

Upon arrival the floor of the entire place was dirty. There was sand all over the floors like they had not been cleaned in a long time. There was a severe lack of towels both for the beach and to shower for the 6 people that I had booked for they provided 3 bath towels and 3 beach towels. The pool was closed which was not disclosed upon renting like the closed beach access was. We also ran out of toilet paper....there was only one extra roll. For all the rules that the homeowner had regarding the temperature in the house and how to dehumidify the bathroom, I would have expected a much cleaner place stocked with what is needed for a family on a beach vacation, specifically since they were aware that there were going to be 6 of us there. Oh yes, don't let me forget......they advertise the place like it can sleep 6 people - there are 2 hide a beds in the living room however because of the way that the furniture is set up you can only actually use one of them because the house rules stated we could incur a $250/$500 fine if we moved the furniture at all. I feel like there were cameras in the place. Overall it was ok but I was very upset about the lack of towels, dirty floor, rules that stopped us from using all the sleeping arrangements that they advertise and the lack of advertisement of the pool being out (I would not have rented here had I been aware of that.)

Nice location

Construction we were not told about No pool but advertised a pool No beach access Reservation was at 6pm. Rental company did not give us lobby door key code until almost 7pm. We had to wait in the parking lot for almost an hour.

The beds were amazing! Very home away from home.

The only one key was inconvenient. We also got woke up at 7am and then til 9am to loud construction which I didn’t know about until the night before. The website also said there was beach access which there wasn’t. Also a crazy amount of rules we didn’t find out about til the day before and then more once we got into the room.

Loved the spaciousness of the apartment and the view. Everything was well maintained and felt luxurious. Great view of the ocean. We live locally and like that it was far from the tourist area. Beaches were not packed.lots of seashells to pick and friendly local people.

Maybe a little info on how to work the tv remote. I know that there is a major renovation underway but afterwards make some of the signs for reserved parking spaces more noticable.

Wasn’t aware until after booking that I would experience 8am construction and beach access closed ….

we love the location, it was very clean, the rooms were set up very nice. Overall, we had a great stay. 

when we booked it didn’t say anything about there being construction. And we had three small children who were looking forward to playing in the pool. So until we arrived, we didn’t know there wasn’t going to be a pool. Also, we had three children and it was hard to get them back-and-forth to the beach. Which is why we picked this location is because we would be on the beach. But because of all the construction you couldn’t get to the beach from the property.
