Location-wise it was close to main spots of the city. Big plus is private beach just at crossing road distance. Big balcony is also advantage but it was partial sea view unlike we expected at first, but we made this no problem since a lot of positive sides outweigh.

Managers were really helpful and answered all our questions. Gym is small, but almost always was empty.

The room really needs renovation, everything is quite old. The sockets need to be replaced. Most of the plugs just fell from the sockets… I don’t like that you need to leave a deposit. We got it back. But for luxury apartment I think it is not acceptable. In general, not so luxury as advertised and too overpriced.

Excellent communicaton and picking up the keys was very convenient. A representative met us in person and took us to the apartment.

The apartment needs some TLC and more utensils, dishes, cups and items for comfort. We hope that it will be taken care of since the apartment is in an excellent location.

Location is good - close to beach, grocery and malls. Staff were nice but not very competent. At first glance the apartments are nice and decorated nicely. The amenities in the aoartment were good.

Our stay at this apartment was a nightmare from start to finish. My family booked 4 rooms across 3 separate bookings, and the apartment management managed to completely mess them up. They mistakenly tried to charge my uncle for my booking while communicating with my sister (who had a separate booking) via WhatsApp, thinking they were talking to me. My cousins room was supposed to sleep 4 people, but only had 2 beds. The check-in process was a disaster, taking a whopping 2 hours and was extremely disorganized. Deposit can only be paid in cash, and they add an extra fee if you use a credit card to pay the room cost. On top of that, i had to wait 1hour for towels so i could shower, which made me late for a dinner reservation my family. We were all placed in the wrong rooms. The rooms themselves were filthy and infested with ants. I had to sleep on the sofa in my cousin's room the first night because my bed was filled with ants and the sheets were stained. My cousin found dead maggits in her apartment. Additionally, we couldn’t access each other’s rooms due to being on different floors and access cards only allow access to one floor. The pool was small and freezing cold. They had absurdly strict rules about pool towels, only allowing 2 per apartment, even though some of the apartments sleep 4. My cousins were forced to move to a different room on the second day because the apartment management had given them the wrong room initially. Although they agreed to change my room due to the ants and promised a refund for the first night, upon check-out, the agent claimed to have no knowledge of the refund and offered me a measly 10% discount for the first night instead. I had to argue until they finally agreed but tried to guilt me by saying they would have to really beg the manager to do the refund. The restaurant in the hotel next door was very expensive. My "sea view " was only visible by standing in the corner of the balcony.

Room not luxury, very partial sea view unlike the description, pool size is just like pool villa. Reserved 8 nights but stayed only 2 nights and get out. Breakfast is delivered but the quality is bad. The facility is no connection with Intercontinental which is easily misled.

The location and the view from the living room was really good. The staff was kind and always available.

the apartment was different from the pictures that are listed on booking.com, looks like the apartment was made with all second/third hands furniture's that has seen better times. the kitchen was quite dirty and oily, we have to buy some products to clean it. The towels provided were extremely old and used with bad smell and yellow stains. Blankets and pillows didn't give any fresh feeling and we have to purchase disinfectants and deodorants to spray to them. Most of the hangers in the cabinets were too old and broken. The kitchen equipment was extremely old and used. We didn't enjoy much the time spent in the apartment.

This is a fabulous apartment, very well equipped, extremely clean, I don’t know how this place gets bad reviews for cleanliness, the room is serviced daily, and most of all it is very comfortable. The large king size bed is probably the most comfortable I have slept in the past 30 days in Vietnam. Free access to the gym, swimming pool and beach beds is a massive bonus. Apartment 614 has a restricted view of the sea, but you can see the sea. I had a late check in, fortunately Serin is located in the same apartment block. The communication was excellent, very attentive, polite and helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again, the freedom an apartment gives you is wonderful.

Modern and clean

No adjacent rooms, family divided in two floors. Access cards only work for one specific floor, staff did not want to help to get access to the oder floor (easily done with a PC)

This luxury apartment was by far the best property that we had stayed in throughout our tour of Vietnam...the location was perfect and plenty of space for our party of 8. Highly recommended if you stay in Nha Trang.
