Everything about this accomodation was great! Especially the staff - Annie and Luna have been very kind and prompt, and always spot on with actioning our requests. Great location (only a few minutes walk from the beach and lottemart and massage shops etc), quiet and clean hotel - highly recommended. We will come back to this hotel if we ever will be in Nha Trang again!

Great view and in the heart of Nha Trang. And the apartment itself was a nice space and adequately furnished. The reception staff were helpful but could only do so much as the apartments were managed by Anh. Good pool and a lovely in-house cafe with welcoming friendly staff.

We had to pay in cash. But they wanted to hold a passport until we paid the next day ( we arrived late). The next day, to get a substantial amount of money out from the bank you need your passport. We also are a family of five which we told them, but they expected 3 teenagers/ child to sleep in one bed. The host got us a 7mm approx mattress to put on the floor for the third to sleep. This is not an extra bed when we are paying good money for the apartment. After that: - They had to fix the hot water. - The pressure is too strong so it chews through the hot water quickly plus the drainage overflows. - the air conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms leaked water. Another was tricky to get going. - we couldn’t use the oven or stove as it blew the fuse as soon as you turn it on. ( was just trying to toast some bread as no toaster supplied). When the fuse blew, everything in the kitchen ( except the lights) plus the washing machine lost electricity. - washing machine, you need to pick your type of cycle and also select the spin speed etc. Ie delicate cycle will still wash your clothes at 40 degrees and 1400 spin. Tiny hair dryer Room service still disturbed a sick child with a full clean after we asked for towels and rubbish to be taken only. Piece of jewellery went missing. 4 towels not 5 were left after one room service. Both the safes there did not work. They had to bring in another one but it wasn’t fixed and pretty light to carry.

Hosts were easy to contact and quick to return calls. They were helpful with any queries. Apartment and facilities are lovely and clean.

Need to be told upfront about cash only payment. We were not expecting to have to pay cash once we were there. We booked for 2.5 weeks so thats a lot more than we ever carry. They held my passport until we were able to withdraw cash which took 2 days from multiple ATM due to limits.

Location was pretty good

Renovation works just in the neighbour's apartment + no compensation due to unconviniences

Staff very friendly, room very clean
