Great location opposite the beach and walking distance to everything. Large rooms with all facilities included. Staff were prompt in all aspects required.

Nothing to dislike but the pool was very cold so just went to the beach

Nothing.. It was misleading.

The property is not a 5 stars as it was advertised.. I would give it a 3 stars or less.. They advised that it would fit 8 people in a 2 bedrooms apartment and would have the bed set up for all 8 people. It was not set up and they gave us a floor mattress with dirty sheet and blanket.. The blanket smell so bad that we can barely sleep. It’s very misleading as it was supposedly a 5 stars hotel.. the apartment they provided to us could probably fit 4 and not 8. The set up of the apartment was small and tight..

Great location, fitness centre, large spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, views. The team were quite quick to respond when we needed something fixed etc, which was quite often. Pool was good.

BEWARE OF THIS HOST PEOPLE. We arrived at 10:30pm to checkin after a 10 hour train ride from Danang. We were met by a man called Liz. He went through the checkin process explaining that he had given us an apartment upgrade which was great. He then proceeded to tell us that we needed to cancel our Booking.com booking, otherwise his boss would make him pay the difference in the upgrade from his salary. He wanted me to give him my phone so he could show me how to cancel my booking. I had just been reading about Vietnamese doing this to other people in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh. This is a scam! Once you cancel your booking then you have nothing, if you had prepaid (which we hadn't) they can keep the money (you cancelled), or they can basically kick you out, or charge you more for the room and you can't write bad Booking.com feedback because you cancelled the booking. Anyway, I said no way. He tried to put the pressure on, but I said I knew what he was doing. Then he backed down and wished us a nice stay and had the audacity to ask that we give him good feedback on Booking.com. While this apartment is in the Costa Building, it is not Costa that manage it. It is separately managed by someone else. You would be well advised to book directly through the Costa and not these people if you want to stay here. We had no hot water for showers for the majority of the time we were there. An engineer did come to fix the problem but it didn't work and remained cold. In bedroom 2 we couldn't find any sockets. The only sockets were in the middle of the wall at the head of the bed (basically covered by pillows). So my son couldn't charge anything here for risk that it might set the bed on fire. There was a lack of sockets throughout the building. We made do though. I have hardly ever given negative feedback for any of our bookings and I use Booking.com alot. However, I would not trust anyone who asks to cancel a booking.
