We were met by Luna who was exceptionally good at being the executive assistant to the apartment. She made sure we got into the apartment hassle free, showed us around it and was on call for any issues. There were no issues. She also took the breakfast orders the day before and delivered it to the room . We really enjoyed the Vietnamese style breakfasts . Others might find that limiting. Great full sized cold fridge with freezer and good washing machine with a unique drying room arrangement 😀

Think the towel quality could have been better. And if you were expecting to cook more in the kitchen it could have benefited from additional pans/ wok .

Great location in the center of nha Trang, you can find any restaurants or shop with a walking distance.

The bed is very uncomfortable for us.

The apartment was amazing and spacious. Felt like great value for money too, as there was a gym, pool and free sunbeds on the beach. Staff were extremely helpful too.

Excellent stay, Serein, Liz and Luna were excellent with their support, they were very helpful and took excellent care of us. The room was excellent and wr had all support from the staff. Thanks

May be support with car and bike rental will help.

Room was dirty, bad smell, haf to do several calls. At the end it was late so i had to accept it

Arrangements were made by Luna, Serein and Liz. Luna attended to us for check in and check out and look after our needs during our stay in Nha Trang. Exceptional service by her especially.
