There was no breakfast

There was no wifi, no dstv, I couldn't switch on the TV, the aircon was unsevirceble. The shits were having red stains.

The location was perfect. The apartment has the ability to be outstanding, but it is not the case due to not being maintained and kept well.

The light in the bathroom was not working. None of the bed lamps were working. No one responded to my calls or email neither to the guy at reception’s whattsapp. I had to get along in the dark. The kitchen cabinet’s one door is missing and the crockery is not complete to serve two people. The linen is torn, some of the pillowcases and the fitted sheet. This is not acceptable and need urgent attention if you want to rent the apartment out.

Property has multiple Individual apartments and this one particular one did not have working Lights and unclean. No wifi. Other apartments in the property are pretty good.
