The security guard made us waiting outside the gate to confirm with the owner , even after we showed him Emails from bookings .com and proof of payment . We were made to feel like we didn't pay.

No WIFI, Property owner never answered my calls when i needed keys, Shower not working properly.

It was not clean, and I didn’t have electricity for 5hours .

Host who owns unit 22 and using this number +27 67 086 8208 doesn't cater for his clients. No servicing of rooms, doesn't answer calls, not enough cutlery in the rooms. Overall, it's just poor service. I hear some of the unit owners give a better service.

Location. Right next to the Urology hospital which was perfect.

Owner of unit 22 doesn't answer calls, takes long to respond to WhatsApp messages. Apartment not serviced at all during the stay. Requested for a change of linen and it was not done. Maybe other owners treat their clients better as some of the units are owned by different people.

Nothing! I was rejected on arrival at the property. I am requesting for my refund. I really don't want to think it was because of my color or nationality! If it was full as they indicated, they could have informed before arrival and effected refund immediately.

On arrival I was told the place is full and they cannot accomodate me. I am expecting a refund of my payments to Grosvener. I was communicating with someone on whatsapp and told them to refund. Kindly assist and get my refund!
