The room was dirty with dirty curtains and bedding. The heater doesn't work. We were cold throughout the night

It is situated next to the hospital.

Dirty, smelly linen and pillows, blinds don't work, shower head wets everything - including the window. Host cannot be reached. No electricity on the first afternoon. The remotes of the TV only work when the batteries are removed and inserted again. Toiletpaper??????? Smelly cupboards.

Apartments are privately owned. Guards do not allow inside the premises until the booking is confirmed by them with owners. There are no elevators and also not mentioned anywhere while making booking. Climbing three floors for the old couple with luggage was not good. No toilet paper, no soap. In the morning, there was no water or backup water for toilet, bath or kitchen. Booked for 2 nights but checked out after 1st night

We liked te location, the place was quiet, and secure.

The room was not clean, the room did not have wifi, the couch was not clean. There was dirt under the bed.

I’ve booked before and the from was clean and comfortable. This second time the room wasn’t as clean as the first time we had visited the place.

Bed sheets were dirty.

The service poor. not sure if it was because I'm black
