Grosvenor Apartments

Proximity to Urology Hospital very good and felt very safe.

Apartment needs maintenance badly. Plugs in kitchen hanging from wall which is dangerous. Bathroom has mould on ceiling and walls. Shower head needs descaling. No drain cover in shower. Toilet seat needs replacing. No water pressure at basin tap. 1 small wine glass in whole flat. No other glasses. No side plates, Saucer and dinner plate chipped. Tv did not work. Had to get replaced with decoder from another unit. No pans, just 2 pots, no grater or any plastic dishes or vegetable knives. Could also supply oven gloves and more than 1 kitchen towel for 6 day stay. Duvet cover too small for duvet inner. Need to replace pillows in bedroom as so flat. Light in one bedside lamp fused. Floor tiles cracked and lose. 2 bath towels supplied for 6 night stay and no bath mat. Fridge door seal not sealing when closed. Sink plug in kitchen does not fit properly to keep water in sink to wash dishes. Very little crockery, cutlery and dishes to use. Cupboards all bare. No communication from owner re checking in and where to collect key or when Tv wasn't working. We emailed and tried phoning. We approached guy sweeping passages in front of apartments to help fix TV. Also no info about where to put rubbish bags. Apartment also needs Wifi. With some attention and tender loving care it could be a beautiful apartment but not an apartment with Booking.com at present as it is. Very dissappointing and supposedley known by many in the block to be the worst apartment in the block

It was right next to the Urology Hospital, which was our destination.

The place is VERY dirty and ill-equipped. Upon arrival, the toilet had not been flushed since the previous stay. We took photos of the dust on the surfaces. The worst was that so many things were advertised as being included, which is false information.| a) There is NO WiFi. b) The television is not working - this has been the case since March 2024. c) The oven is not working. d) The toaster is not working. e) The shower outlet is broken.

Nothing apart from the location and the kindness of the security staff members.

The room was not cleaned. It had dust everywhere. The TV wasn't working for the entire duration of my stay. The bedding didn't not look very clean. They looked quite old. There was no WiFi. The host was very ignorant. All these were reported to him and he never did anything about it. I couldn't sleep for a couple of nights because the electricity meter was beeping the whole night due to low electricity units. I mean, it was the most terrible stay I have ever had and for that I would never recommend anyone to use unit 22 and other units that belong to this owner.
