The quietness and the area..

When I checked in room 22 my TV was not working reported at reception they said I must msg the owner wich I did never got a response for 2 night no tv also house keeping was not available I had to clean my room myself went to ask at the reception they said I must also send a msg to the owner if I need house keeping. Also I had no glasses or cups in the room when I asked they said I must contact the owner via Msg..
