1.The owner or the host of the property is not honest, unresponsive and lacks respect of a client or tenant. 2. He is extremely bad on communication and bad in conducting business on hospitality basis. 3. I was meant to check in at a facility on Saturday, 10 May 2025, on my arrival, I was told that the owner tried to communicate with me on Friday, the 09 May 2025, of which that was not correct. 4. I had to look for an alternative accommodation for the night of the 10 May 2025 and numerous attempts to get the refund from this unrepeatable owner or host fell on deaf ears.

We got to our accommodation only to find the security guy, who was nice to us, but we didn’t even use the apartment cause when we tried to call the owner to get the room number and the key he didn’t answer ours and the security guys calls we had to turn back without using the apartment. I tried to call the owner about 9 times and the security guy also tried on his phone no response.
