The security guard who helped us check in was very friendly and the location was very convenient for work

Bedding and towels were not clean, door to the balcony wouldn't close, the place was never cleaned and the trash was not taken out

Nothing the sheets, duvet inner and pillowswere dirty, shower was flooding, no tissue supply in the toilet, tv not working, wardrobe light off

Tv wasn’t working, no Netflix, staff wouldn’t even assist with a mop to clean after showering. Service was bad. Electricity got finished while we were still there. They didn’t even provide an enough toilet paper, it was not even a half. It’s winter and they don’t have heaters. Very disappointed.

Lovely gardens, beautiful clean buildings. safe parking, comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful staff.

We slept over an because my husband went for an operation on Monday. At first the reception didn't receive confirmation that we were coming. TV didn't work in room 24. Sent messages to owner .Takes a long time to respond. Only 1cup without saucer and 2 wineglasses. No mugs. We had to take turns to drink coffee. Bedlights not working . Loose plug-:fitting by kettle. This morning, just after I have showered, at 5 o' clock, the lights went out. I had to go downstairs with wet hair, to ask security to call the owner to load prepaid. On arrival on Sunday, we had to wait until 5 o' clock , before we could go to our room. Previous guest left very late, left room in a BIG mess and left with keys. Cleaners could only start very late the afternoon to clean.

Room was unavailable. Could not stay there, apparently it was not cleaned yet although book in attempt was after 15H00 in the afternoon. Had to make alternative arrangements and pay for aother accommodation

Nothing, everything was below standard

The place was dirty, it was not cleaned after the last guest. Hair on the floor, dirt marks and stains on the floor, no mats on the bathroom, no toilet paper, no body wash, no hand towels, no cleaning services. Air-condition wasn't working, old and torn bedding, flat pillows, no extra blankets. No wifi as advertised. The owner doesn't answer his phone and ignores messages. He reads and keeps quiet.

The place was clean, quiet and peaceful. There were no distractions.

The baking oven was not working on the day but the stove and the rest of the appliances worked perfectly fine. Pity I had planned to use the oven.
