The owner (host of UNIT 24) did not even have the decency to welcome us or reply to our whats app messages after we wrote to him asking him why there was no free wifi in unit 24 as advertised ! We also wanted to report the lights did not work in the bathroom. When you arrive there is nobody dedicated to receiving tenants and this function seems to be the job of the security guards who give yoiu the keys and allow you in and out of the property. This guy Mark is seriously out of touch with his unit 24 and i guess he is a pretty arrogant person because even the security guard tried to contact him with our concerns with zero reply from Mark. If you book at Grovenor apartments make sure you do NOT book unit 24 on the third floor and also ask if this so-called host, Mark, has any other units he ownes there because my guess they will be also be as shoddy as unit 24.

zero service and care : I sent an SMS that the bathroom light was not working until today no reply, Absolutely . If I didn't know better I would say the apartment is highjacked. Dust everywhere, especially the window blinds. . Absolutely zero service. The heater was not working, TV, not working, the lighting was very bad. No amenities. The apartment literally is abandoned. Dust everywhere, especially the window blinds. I called the cell phone number provided for complaints, it rang out with no one answering. This apartment shouldn't be listed on any OTA.

The location is excellent, the best place you would like to be. The security is best ever. Hot water is galoo which promotes enjoyable bathing There is no wifi at all. We tried to contact the host to ask for a code,it was in vain.The sink doesn't drain water,you have to wait for hours. The oven was not working .No lights at the bathrooms. The bedding is old,need to be changed. Aircon was not working. Rooms not cleaned during our stay.

Cleanliness inside is questionable. Bedding is old and need replacement. Sinks need repair .Wifi is the basic thing we need as tourists, there was none.

The place was very secure, easy to get to and a walking distance to Hatfield plaza

It was not the first time my family and I booked at Grosvenor gardens but sadly this time around we got a bad apartment. The sheets were not clean and they’re old, we didn’t have extra blankets besides the bed cover and considering that the room we got did not receive any sunlight. The first night we stayed in complete darkness because the apartment ran out of electricity and we could not reach the host to help us. But all in all, I genuinely feel like they should consider changing the bed sheets that was the main problem and the room was too dusty. Also when booking they show that the place has free Wi-Fi and we stayed 5 nights with no Wi-Fi
