The security guard had the key.

The apartment was dusty and looked like it was not refreshed before we arrived. There was no WiFi password, I had to call numerous times to get the password. The cutlery in the kitchen are all mismatched. The entire flat is outdated.

Near shops, resturant, beach and transport was convinient

Sheets were dirty and smelling badly I couldn't cover myself with the duvet I even used my body spray to nutralize the smell the next day I saw a big mark on the bad that shows me there was couples that slept there and the never changed the sheets, microwave not working, no tin opener, no wooden spoon, no free toiletries there was an empty toilet spray tin in the toilet house keeping was done after I have complained about the dirty sheets, we have been asked if the can come, they never changed bedding for nights. Tea staff was for one day, the refuse to keep the lagadges for us as we been told that they must prepare the room for the other guest as our transport will be late in one to two hours. I forgot a twin plug I must come and get it somewhere were is 20 minutes drive from where we were staying . Disappointing

The location, hot water

Place looks old. Walls and doors were dirty. Maria carelady was very rude and treated the junior stuff and the cleaning lady rude. The are cockroaches and birds poop on the balcony. The beds are so hard, we woke up with painful body. Furniture and carpet also dirty. Needs proper renovations

Availability of the host when contacted. I also enjoyed the property. It was spacious and exceeded expectations.
