The view is superb ,the beds were comfy

The couch needs to be cleaned ,water in the kitchen sink was not working ,,sliding door in the lounge was a bit of a problem it needs to be fixed and also i saw about 2 cockroaches ,the place needs to be fumigated .Only one room had a fan instead of 2.

Too many things to sign. Extra cleaning fee of R400 different from booking fee. No cleaning was done during my stay. Dirty balcony. Clean Towels were brought only after check-in. No water in Kitchen.

Open space for me and my family, kids like the place. It also in a good location near uShaka marine. Security are friendly although I waited for more than 10 minutes out the door to get in and check in Security was not in his desk but he come back and apologized.

No air-conditioned in the rooms at night it too hot at home I'm using a fan and in a place where I spend my money I also need to you a fan I was so disappointed 😞 even Bayside hotels have aircon but they are not bigger than your apartments and dstv remote batteries are almost flat everytime if you want to change channels take out battery and put it back, kitchen water pressure too low other than that place is very nice. Last please secure your electricity door greal with silicone it keeps on falling due to ceiling got space open in side if you look top of DB board

I like the fact that the place was clean. the location was safe and all the needed amenities close by 😊

the water pressure on the showers was very low and the bed was not comfortable at all. if they can improve on that it will make a huge difference

The location was good, and well secured, also it was conveniently located to where I was to go for a vacation, it was also easy to find the place

The apartment was not clean, the balcony was dirty full of litters and birds waste, the blankets were dusty, bed and pillows not comfortable at all, dustbin in the kitchen was full of old bad litter, which shows it was never discarded from previous guests, microwave not working, we had to ask for the Wi-Fi which we were given after a while, the security personnel was not informed about our checking in so we took time at the reception, negotiating and doing several calls, I just hope they improve since it’s a good place for that kind of business

The apartment was dusty and looked like it was not refreshed before we arrived. There was no WiFi password, I had to call numerous times to get the password. The cutlery in the kitchen are all mismatched. The entire flat is outdated.
