The Quays at Point Waterfront Durban

Nothing really.

The apartment was in very poor condition. Toilet was out of order, all furniture was moldy and most rusted or broken, poor condition. Really not appealing at all.

It was close to the MSC Harbour where I had to board in the morning . It has a view of the sea. Great security

It wasn’t very clean. Living room is okay, bedrooms are disappointing. Ugly curtains. Bathroom not bad but not great too

The apartment is spacious, has all basic essentials that you would require from an apartment. The host also checks in on guests every day. Most of the common areas are well maintained with the exception of the bedroom mattresses and pillows.

The beds were quite uncomfortable; if you lay on one side, it felt as though you might fall over. Additionally, the mattresses were stained and need urgent replacement. We requested fresh sheets from the maid, but unfortunately, this was not done. In the main bedroom cupboard, we also found some dirty, stained pillows, which was disappointing..

Aircon was not working. Other then that all our issues were resolved promptly

Cockroach's... shower 🚿 doesn't work... bath tap not working. Basin doesn't take water out
