The property was central, clean and comfortable

No issues at all. Instructions were clear.

Nicely situated to the wine tram. Upmarket finishes.

The other units in the complex have businesses that were a bit noisy

The property was conveniently located. Close to the tram station and eating places. It had heaters and electric blankets which was great for the cold nights. Braai facilitates and beautiful view of the mountains.

The lock on the entrance gate was difficult to open.

Clean and cozy accommodation. Very close to everything.

I like the instructions provided with full information from host to reach the property, The apartment was good and clean. The host not bothering you with instructions like others which relief your self from excessive guidance

I don't like the neighborhood (surrounding apartment)

Great location right next to the Franschhoek tram terminal. Big Pick&Pay right next door to allow easy self catering or a short (safe!) walk along the main road to lots of lovely restaurants. The apartment is a great size with everything you could want for a short or longer stay. The host was lovely - lots of info beforehand and very responsive during and after.

Nothing - it was just what we were looking for.

I liked that there were aircons, wall heaters and warm blankets on the beds, as it was very cold. I liked that there was Netflix to keep the kids entertained. Also a fully equipped kitchen and the shops are walking distance and close by. Loved the view and the balcony!

The people that stayed on the outside next to the fence were talking very load at times. There were not much to do in Franschoek with the kids. The parking spaces are narrow and few. We could not park on our allocated bay because the trees on our allocated bay were so low it scratched the roof of our Caddy.

The most comfortable apartment at an affordable price with everything you'll ever need ✨️ Close to and within walking distance to all restaurants and shopping malls. The wineroute buses are right next door.

To find the flat was a bit of a search. The owner was helpful getting the location. I would say for future the pin location is required to help people getting there.
