"Underwhelming experience"

There is no backup power or water when there is load shedding. Guests are expected to have their own source of lighting and carry water. For people in business this is unacceptable as all admin is done after hours. The load shedding is up to 3 times a day and for 4 hours at a time. There is also no mention of the 3 flights of stairs that need to be navigated in the dark.
