The reception and location

There is no room service for the unit. no one is changing towels is cleaning the room and the hotel do not tell you in advance that there will no room service for the facility

The stores r Near .... Pool for kids...my kids enjoyed...

Nothing much... except if they provide a mop it make things easier if one is traveling with kids
