The service at the restaurant and the dinner we had

Just about everything, 4 hours at a time load shedding and no water, our stay had to be centred around the inconvenience, on the hottest of summers we couldn't use aircon and there was no alternatives. Unit wasn't clean, you have to pay for cleaning services, may as well take my domestic cleaning aides on holiday. Stale odour like the place was locked up for some time, unappealing to say the least. Will never go back!!

The distance to wild coast

The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, no drying place or others drying rack, no dustpan. We booked for a 4 sleeper but was only given 3 towels, one of the cleaners took the towels to replace and left with one towel which never got replaced. 4 of us had to share one towel. The floors were terribly dirty.

Quick check in process.

The broken couch with stains all over..a complete turn off. The curtains are so dirty, bedding had stains. The property has a bad smell. Bathroom so dirty. Apparently Load-shedding affects water supply..so no power & no water during load shedding. We couldn’t take it & had to check out a day earlier.
