Hard beds and old furniture no fresh linen

Clean, neat, great value for money.

I think you should consider the issue o breakfast as some people come from far places without anything to eat in the morning.

Atleast to distribute dust bins in all the rooms like bathroom and bedroom. Also big towels are needed.

The place is nice and clean but the is no towels and iroe everything is fine thanks

It accommodated my family with beds

We had to pay to get towels, the checkout time too early 09.00 am.

It was look like hostel full of man's ,dirty no towels spider house

I liked that the check in was smooth and quick. The apartment was spacious.

The shower floor could have been cleaned better. Lots of mold in corners. A little bit of bleach can go a far way.

The beds were comfortable, It was very noisy outside the weekend.

The cleaning staff does not have any etiquette when it comes to service. They don't know how to speak to you. They told me blutantly check out time is 9 am, and rules are rules. As far as I know check out times are 10 am. They charged some of the ladies R20 for an iron. There was no towels and I had to buy. Their hospitally skills lack. That place need an upgrade. Kitchen not fully equipped. And I was blamed for taking a fleezy blanket. In the one apartment the taps of the kitchen did not work properly. One blanket was dirty. The bath room railing and other equipment are rusty. The lady Lee was very helpful.
