I had to pay extra R100 because I arrived at 20:30. The geyser was cold in the morning, apparently you have to switch it on in advance, didn't know. There was no kettle. The shower 🚿 flower needs to be changed

Neatness, good facilities, wifi, safety.

Door noise and up and down of tenants and noise, TV channels were not enough, I think you should provide people with soft pillows 😊 and also iron and ironing board.

The parking was outside the yard , as a result someone stole my wheel caps. Four of them en o reported no one attended to my complaint
