No iron , TV seems to be faulty no volume, the shower drain was blocked by hair I had to unblock it, the sofa needs to be changed

"It could’ve been a lot way better if the host was available"

It was clean

We could not get hold of the host on arrival to assist with Wi-Fi. So the tv was not working. One of the showers was leaking and had water all over the floor. There was no iron in the facility and we could not get help since the host was not answering our calls.
