Location

My stay at this hotel apartment for 3 nights was disappointing, as several basic comfort and maintenance issues affected the overall experience. The Wi-Fi was slow, which made it difficult to use properly. The room was also unbearably cold, with no heating options available, making the stay uncomfortable. There were no extra blankets provided, and when I requested one, the blanket I received was stuffy and unpleasant to use. The apartment was also poorly equipped. There were no wine glasses, no dishcloths, and no shower caddy. One of the dining chairs was broken, which raised safety and maintenance concerns. Housekeeping and hygiene standards were below expectation. We were given leftover toilet paper rolls instead of fresh rolls, and the toilet brush cleaner did not feel hygienic to use. The toilet also continued dripping water after flushing, which should have been repaired before guests checked in. Overall, the apartment did not meet the expected standard for comfort, cleanliness, or basic amenities. These issues made the stay inconvenient and uncomfortable, and I would not recommend this property unless these problems are properly addressed

"I will book at Menlyn Maine again but not unot 720."

Location was great. Restaurant was very good. The staff at reception were excellent.

The owner of Room 720 is unreachable and could not care less about his customers. I had no internet for 4 days due to non-payment on his side. I had online meetings and had to work - without internet. Had to make a plan and use my phone as mobile hotspot. After a lot of WhatsApp's the "host" came to look at the internet . She reset the router and left. No follow-up. After that they just didn't answer my WhatsApp's. I requested a refund of some sort - no reply. The bedside lights did not work. No dishcloth to wash the dishes. Will never book that unit 720 again.
