Menlyn Maine Apartments

Shower drain system is blocked. And secondly I always struggle to get Tax invoices from the property owner, even now for this current booking I have received it. And kindly note this was a business trip of which i need to submit that invoice. Its clear that they don't care about us as long as the money comes in is all that matters. Please assist in need that invoice.

It was dirty not cleaned No utilities instructions such as wifi, geyser No water No soap for hands empty bottle No tea/coffee utensils No welcome instructions

The lack of warm blankets and the pungent smell from the drain made the stay very unpleasant

The apartment was great. It’s very cozy and warm, even though there’s an aircon and heater. The views at night are to die for!

No mat next to the bed. Also, the shower needs some serious deep cleaning and scrubbing, it smells like pee😢

The apartments are located in a nice area

The apartment allocated was not what was on booking.com, when we got there the apartment was not ready at 16.30 that is despite me having requested an early check in at 14.00. When we got the it had this awful smell that could not go away, there is a three seater couch in the apartment that is torn and cushions popping in , that was the only seating provision in the lounge and had these nesting tables with stains, tv stand is in a bad manner with stains, 2 glasses provided for no ironing boards, no coffee provisions. The sliding doors do not lock up. We tried to contact the host many times with no luck. This is a scam and this apartment should not be up for rental until the host takes care of it...This was our worst stay at Menlyn Maine apartments.

The bedroom was perfect

I was very disappointed with this apartment. While the location was decent, the couch had a strong unpleasant Odor that made the living area uncomfortable to use. It seemed like it hadn't been properly cleaned or maintained. The smell affected the overall experience and made the apartment feel less welcoming than expected. The apartment also lacked basic amenities such as a dishwasher, which was inconvenient during my stay. I would not stay here again unless the furniture is replaced or thoroughly cleaned. Cleanliness and maintenance need significant improvement.

Conveniently situated near Times Square

It was false information - the booking was for an apartment in the upper levels with a balcony, we got ground level. The toilet moves when you sit on it. The host doesn’t communicate and changed the Wifi password on the day of departure. It’s 9:44 now and we woke up to the password already changed. No bathroom mats, no aircon as stated, no Netflix or YouTube.
