Location was good

Once you have booked into the apartment,you check the rules etc.. Just about every second line they advise that the breakage deposit will be withheld. The apartment was not cleaned properly and the bedroom mirror was lying on the floor,as It was put up using cheap double sided tape. The main bathroom converter for the shower was broken. and I had my deposit was withheld for this,After I reported it when we moved in the same day. The second cupboard in the main bedroom is chained closed. There is a total lack of maintenance in this apartment and old photos are used on Booking.com There is black mould on the upper sections of bathroom walls and the extractor fans in the second bathroom. The refrigerator has not been defrosted in a long while a drawer is missing and the vegetable drawer is cracked. Cutlery drawers are dirty. The mops and cleaning items are old and worn out. The geyser cupboard where the cleaning items are kept is also full of junk. The second bathroom toilet roll holder also hanging on by a single screw. This property is not what is advertised at all.

Not being able to sit in the balcony after 10 since there were 5 other people in the apartment and needed to attend to my cellphone privately in the balcony then the security guard said I wasn't allowed to be in the balcony after 10

That was something new and exciting to see

Plugs are not working,air conditioner not appropriate,we had to fliggle with the tv,beds are old no comfort
