"The worst experience ever. did not deserve $1. I need a refund"

The location was great

No one came when I called about the refrigerator and clothes iron not working. There were cockroaches in the room no none came to offer fresh linen or offer to clean the room Dirty moldy air vents. Called several time from my international number (creating a very expensive bill) and no one came to see the problems of the unit. Was checked into a dirty room. Waited over 1 hour for the room to be cleaned. Rude and lack of care from the staff of Soughted management company

I have tried to call them several times 5 day before my arrival to do extension,due to the crisis that I had they didn't pick up the phone/get back to me... Am not happy with everything about them..

"Mixed Feelings"

The area and the venue were great, the view as well, the place is quite secure i must say

No proper coffee/coffee station for guest on their first day No room cleaning was offered even though i paid close to R700 for this (assuming that a claner would come on a daily, no one came)

There needs to be a proper deep clean of the property. There are cockroaches running. Saw one or two in the bathroom around the mirror, and around the headboard of the bed. The TV also didn’t work. I reported this, but no one came to sort it out.
