The complex security was friendly

The apartment was not ready on arrival it was very dirty the kitchen pans were not acceptable really bad the cutlery were bad not enough for everyone and the place is filthy really bad will never return there at all. This place should be rated less than one.

The location is excellent, and a quick walk to the beach. Mattress was very comfortable. The shower has great pressure, and hot water is almost instant. Really appreciated the fan in the apartment so that we could move around as needed. Also, I really appreciated the elevator. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, but we we're still very grateful that we didn't have to carry up our luggage. The apartment was well cleaned, and unlike the other reviews I read before going, NO bugs pressent. Will definitely be staying here again in the future. Also, I can't remember if it's mentioned somewhere, but it is also walking distance to The Stepps Center that has a Checkers food, so there is no need to drive for groceries once settled in.

The bathroom door needs a new handle! Yes, improvements can be made (toaster and wifi not working, walls need new paint in future, main bedroom duvet cover has a small tear in) but honestly these are things I can overlook due to the cleanliness, comfort and location.

I don't know where to start.  We stayed at La Ballito 201 and what a shit hole. I'm sorry I have no other words for this apartment. Location is great but it ends there. We booked on booking.com under the name sunrise pool @ 201.  It offers a lot like free shuttle service we did not get!!! We had to order a Uber to be transported.  The wifi does not work. This place is not suitable for anyone to stay in. Apartment is infested with roaches. Totally disgusted.  Couches are dirty bathroom has no door handle walls have not seen a coat of paint. Walls are chipped bedroom windows not sure when they were washed. Fans not sure when they were washed. Was promised that they would be in, in the morning to sort out wifi and discuss the situation of the apartment.   Guess what they were NO SHOW!!!!!! It's so sad they are only concerned about the money and posting misleading information and pictures. CAMERON You should not be renting this apartment out at all in this condition!!! Booking.com you should not have this property on your listing.  We left 1 day earlier as we could not stay there anymore. We are truly dissatisfied with this apartment and we would like to be compensated.   I'm looking at seeking legal advice in regards to this situation. 

The beds were comfortable.

There was dust all over, bathroom and main door handle is broken which make it hard to open, couches were not clean, towels are too old, no broom to use.. A lot of work needs to be done , everything is old.

I liked that I had a place to rest my head after activities.

- we didn’t have WiFi the entire stay (3 whole night stay) - the remote was not working so we always had to bother the security for access. - some of the lights were not working and one of the rooms didn’t even have a fan -the host wasn’t always contactable

The host kept in touch and made arrangement with Security for us to the check in late

There were few things broken- bathroom door handle, kettle broken, wifi not working and no toilet paper in a bathroom Suggestion - light blocking curtains can be great in bedrooms

The area is beautiful, close to the beach and shops

The apartment was dirty, everything is old,tv was not working, the wifi was not working.the kettle is broken,no tissues in the bathroom.no tea sachets in the kitchen, the couch in the sitting room is dirty and smelly,there's cockroaches in the kitchen lots of them.we tried to call the owner or the agent Cameroon he was not picking our calls.

We had no electricity in the lounge and 2nd bedroom. No wifi and toilet had no toilet rolls
