9 Kyalanga Beach

We had an amazing 4 night stay, the place was beautiful, modern furniture, the rooms were comfortable and spacious. The views and sounds of the waves we loved. The lady helping was very sweet. We loved everything about it. Thank you for having us, we will be back.

Location and view.

Booked no 9 specifically as it was on the ground floor due to an elderly couple accompanying us who had mobility challenges.In the afternoon prior to arrival we told to take no 25 on the 2nd floor as no 9 occupants had extended their stay. It was impossible to find an alternative at that late stage as well as the challenge that our payment was non refundable. . The building and apartment is dated and in need of serious maintenance. Will never stay in this facility again .AVOID!!!!.what you book is not what you end up with!!!

I enjoyed the comfort and also being on the bottom floor so close to the beach. Everything we needed was available

My daughter got locked in the main bathroom and we couldn't fully close the door for te rest of our stay.

No breakfast

The managing agents service was dreadful !!! The main bedroom bathroom was flooded, which was reported and they nothing to help. I spent the best part of my stay mopping the floor.

Views at alternative accommodation.

I was informed that property was no longer available, withdrawn from booking list. Was offered an alternative, Ben Siesta 304. This place was not up to standard, because of the following: Poor hygiene (stains on bed linen, setees), exposed wires above main bedroom ceiling, lights not switching on, bathroom light dimming, cigarette smoke smell.

Absolutely nothing, completely misleading on booking.com, the rental agent who is Umhlanga rentals are unprofessional and liars, they mislead us throughout our stay

It says fully air conditioned but it was not, and we were torched in the u bearable heat
