It was clean, comfortable and beautiful. Everything we needed was provided.

The second bathroom is a bit small for my liking. You can’t really open the windows and doors because monkeys still your food.

No Breakfast but the view of the Ocean was the best

the towels were not changed, we had to use the same towels from 21-24 Oct

Excellent beachfront location with breathtaking views of Umhlanga Beach. The garden is beautiful and has a gate to a private beach and access to the boardwalk.

We paid for 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms but when we arrived after 8pm we found that the main bedroom and en suite was locked. We wasted an hour trying to figure out where the keys were, but the security guard who checked us in was as perplexed as we were. After an hour, the manager for the holiday rentals finally answered her phone and told us that the bed in the main bedroom was soiled by the previous guest. She said that she decided to lock the room and en suite so that we don't see the dirty room, but failed to see that doing this without explanation was even worse than us finding a wet bed. It's unacceptable that they didn't have the bed professionally cleaned in the 10 hours that the flat was empty. It's also unprofessional and unethical that they didn't text, call, or leave us a note explaining this before check-in. They sent an apology text the next morning but ignored my subsequent calls and requests for a partial refund. The cleaning lady was very friendly and apologetic, which made up somewhat for the poor communication and service from the manager of the rental. I am disappointed that Booking.com did not force the property to refund me for the half of the apartment that I didn't use. Since my husband and I didn't have access to the main bedroom with the sea view that we paid for, we slept on tiny twin beds in a stuffy room glass doors that offered limited privacy. The towels, throws on the beds, and bathroom mats were old and had rips and holes in them. I would never expect guests to use such tatered linen. This was the worst experience I had in >10 years of using Booking.com.com

nothing of some sort the service was very poor

I didn't like anything because at first we book for the room ,then on date of arrival we find out that our rooms have change to something that we not paid for , and that room very poor compare to what we paid for. what was annoying most is they did it on last minutes after we thought everything was on track and they waiting for our arrival. so with that kind of attitude and behaver I so wish they can not continue to be advertise if they will not give customes/guest what they paid for
