"Great location, decent apartment but basic supplies were woeful."

Location was good, easy walking distance to everything.

Simple basics was not there. Coffee jar coffee was so old you had to break it with a knife to get a teaspoon of coffee out. Clearly no one looking at the simple basics. You could get a good rating so easily if you simply supplied the basics.

"Good overall stay"

Place was lovely and we had a relaxing time. Just a few downs sides, which can be fixed.

The couches are uncomfortable. When you shower, the bathroom gets very wet, and 1 of the rooms' air conditioner was leaking.
