We book at seaside at 22 sandpiper they gave us other property small property and is not same one am not happy at all and I hate ballito for that reason and that place was very dirty and broken 💔 ay it's lot

"I am dissatisfied and disappointed."

The location and a beautiful complex.

Couch and carpets were dirty, bedding smelled, and the unit smelled. No aircon or fan. Not enough cutlery. Cockroaches everywhere. No blankets. No toilet paper, dishwasher liquid. Unit neglected and run down. Information on booking.com is not correct of what this unit offers. Bed in main bedroom is broken. No door handles, disgusting towels, and bathroom mats. Booked for 2 nights, ended up staying only 1 night

The place was in a pathetic state! Absolutely filthy and smelling.Nothing like the pictures shown.The pool was under maintenance which we were not informed about.Curtains were falling off,fridge was dirty and moldy,bathroom cupboard and window was broken to the extent that you couldn't even close the window.The toilet had mold as well.Bathroom mats were horrible and slimy.Towels were damp and stinking ,bedding was lumpy and untidy. Absolutely disgusting!!! This place shouldn't be on booking.com

It is in a nice area

It is not maintained,dirty,has coackroaches,1 bedroom door broken we had to use a knife to open it.no toilet paper.beds are uncomfortable

The entire apartment was dirty and smellly I had to clean when I had arrived Only one towel per bedroom It was infested with cockroaches The fridge was rusty Not worth the spend

The place isn’t clean ! Couch smells so bad and there was no linen and the sheets were so dirty. Ugh! How is this property on booking.com ??

"Disappointing"

Close to the beach.

The wifi didn't work, there wasn't toilet paper, there wasn't 6 towels or enough cuttelery. Lots of things were broken and the host ignored my messages after we booked in.
