"The lack of cleanliness was a major problem."

Location was good.

We were given the incorrect code for the front gate. The flat was infested with cockroaches. The host did not respond when I communicated. The rate included a cleaning service, but nobody arrived to clean the flat.

There was no lift so lugging the suitcases up 3 flights of stairs was not super fun
