location great but stating see view when not really see beach just the view in far from horizon of see not really sea view you just see roof of other house infront of you

The place need attention. Furniture falling apart. Fridge 1 degree colder than cupboard. Pots are cheep and burn food. not enough forks for 6 people to stay. Washing machine keeps giving error and using too HOT water. Bedside tables falling apart. Bath mats are really old and really unclean. Got the smallest towls could not cover body and not face towels. NO clothes to dry dishes. Freezer door does not close so constant water on floor and does not keep stuff frozen.

The ocean view. The setup-the open view of the kitchen over the dining room into the lounge. Friendly staff. Great parking Very convenient with everything thats within walking distance. But overall we my family and i really enjoyed ourstay.

Kitchen appliances can be updated if i can suggest More cutlery. Pots maybe upgraded. Bedding should atleast be changed once a week, Maybe get someone to come out to have a look at the fridge (it leaks we had to mop every time we passed the kitchen or replace it No Scissors in the kitchen.

The area is very safe and the unit is super close to the main beach. Great view of the ocean and the unit is massive and has a nice TV and comfortable beds.The free wi-fi helped a lot also, and the unit gets cleaned daily, our attendant was also very kind. They are now busy with massive upgrades, so looking forward to seeing how it turns out. Close by you will find shops which is literally 3 minutes walk away, the roads in Ballito is also in good shape which is awesome. Overall the unit is great and I can recommend it as it fitted my needs perfectly.

So at the moment there is a lot of upgrades being made to the entire facility, so did not really enjoy the noise and smell off paint. But I’m sure it had to be done at some point, unfortunately it was done on my visit, but other than that, there is not much to complain about.

Nothing was good about the unit, except the beds

The unit was dirty, dishes & utensils were not washed properly, resulting in us buying throw away paper plates & cups. The lady cleaning used 1 cloth to clean the entire unit - dishes; bathrooms, bedrooms, furniture and all !!!! The couches were so dirty that we took out 1 bed sheet from the "normal cupboards", not the locked ones, to cover this couch. We were charged R150.00 for this from the deposit. The kitchen units are peeling away. Toaster broken. Just so many wrongs then rights !!! The unit was full of baby cockroaches, especially in the kitchen. This particular unit needs some serious attention with regards to general maintenance and cleaning. When I reported all these issues, I was told that it is being attended to ?? Definitely Not Value For Money, considering this unit is in Ballito

Loved the aircon really makes a difference in Durban. The lounge is super comfortable. LOVED the pool area. Enjoyed how close the beach access was.

It has a partial beach/sand view. I enjoy watching people on the beach couldn't do it from this flat.

The location of the venue was great! The property is sized well and furnished well

The unit or the building needs to be fumigated. There were some roaches everywhere, from the kitchen to the bedroom.
