"This apartment to my opinion should not be rented as it is in a serious need of renovation."

The location of the apartment is very good. Access to the beach a bonus.

The apartment is out dated and needs a a over all renovation. The master bathroom was not at all to be used and the 2 nd bathroom drain was blocked. Also because of a water leak the apartment was muldy

The fact that we have to pay 1500 upfront for damages while there are things that are aready damage but did nit tell us e.g. kitchen furnish and the room has bad smell
