needs a lot of fixing up. If I spend 8k for the week I suppose then I can’t complain but when you spend more than double for a week you have a different expectation and standard. the patio is terrible. no wonder they don’t put pictures on there. it had a rusted old aircon unit on the patio (a big eye sore) old rusted Weber that couldn’t even stand up straight. it was replaced with a new small braai. the patio furniture is that cheap plastic stuff you buy at checkers hyper for R1,600. cmon if you want to charge premium prices then give your clients premium furniture. the diningroom chairs can be thrown away. they broken and looks hideous. the mattress in the main bed is worn out and so soft I thought I’m gonna sink to the floor. washing machine leaking water into the passage. damp problems and paint coming off. utensils and crockery was a joke. very difficult to make a meal as we had to improvise with almost everything. my point is it’s ok if you pay 1,100 pd NOT if you pay 2,500 per day. We couldn’t use the main bathrooms bath as the water kept flowing out. new plug needed and unfortunately it’s not just a loose plug else I would have bought one myself. it’s one of those screw in ones you need a professional to replace. kitchen cupboards are rotten and needs replacement It certainly was not to the standard I thought it would be

Beautiful view,large apartment, a few steps away from the beach

The shower in the main bathroom was leaking,cupboards in bedroom had a mouldy smell

Partly Sea view from Balcony.. Lounge suite was comfortable with smart TV. Backup light for loadshedding.

The apartment floor was very dirty and overall dusty. The beds comfort was 4/10.

Location.

No wifi but fortunately wifi was installed after a few days

walk straight to the beach

Parking is confined

The location is fine the place is clean i will definitely visit again

The TV was not working
