Location was very convenient as very close to my daughter's work placement.

The property was extremely noisy due to traffic, making it unsuitable for individuals who struggle to sleep in noisy environments. The bathroom was filthy and poorly lit. There was visible mould in the shower, and the fan was malfunctioning, making a loud, disruptive noise. The bath mat was filthy, and the toilet seat cover was wobbly because it wasn’t fixed properly. Furthermore, the kitchen window lock was blocked and didn’t open, preventing us from venting the room while cooking. Additionally, the extractor light was not functioning. We had first reported these issues to the property owners via message and then called them over the phone, but we never received any acknowledgment or resolution.

Run down, leakeage in bathroom, showerhead broken, microwave old and rusty, fridge Frozen over

Would highly recommend flat for a stay for 2 or 4 adequately sized and do t believe the pictures do the accommodation justice. Also host were excellent to. Relsonding to any issue which a quickly resolved to our satiation will certainly go back if available at a time we require
