No 19 Serviced Apartment

We didn’t receive directions to get into our room until the morning after we needed them. We tried emails and phone but after a ruined evening we had to get another room.

Nice and big and spacious

Bed very hard difficult to sleep Had to contact Booking.com direct as phone number for property didn’t exist and I didn’t receive any instructions before arriving on how to gain entry so started to get concerned that I wouldn’t have somewhere to stay. Please ensure that you contact all customers before they arrive

Nothing.RUDE HOST. Didn’t get check in info until after the check in time. Had to ring booking.com to get info as the number for the property was not real.

After driving 5 hours to get to this property it was Filthy! Dirty floors, dirty bed linen. Couldn’t take shoes off as the floor was so sticky! Fridge freezer dirty, Was told not to put heating on as there was a leak from the radiator in the kitchen. Told the seller to which Gary’s response was well “check out your not getting a refund”.I had to take my 9 year old daughter and pay for a hotel after being in the property less than an hour so I am out of pocket. I have never been treated in such a way by anyone in my entire life. Absolutely disgusting. I think Gary needs to look up was hygiene is if he thinks his apartment is clean.

Close to the town an beach felt homely aswell

Toilet roll could have been provided as well as linen for showers etc but other than that everything was as seemed

I would at least expect a toilet roll to be present at the very least. What's the point in having WiFi if there's no internet connection what's the actual point of it being plugged in. No point in having a sky box with no remote and certainly no point in having a sky box if there's no internet connection. Cannot even use the TV remote to change any channel as there isn't any. The photos online are certainly deceiving.

will not be booking through booking dot. com again worst experience ever could not get code which they said i got delivered 6 times the number for host was wronng couldn't get hold of nobody placee stank of stale indians and shower head broke and no toilet roll

could not enter apartment with code though saiad they gave me me code 6 times which the y didn6left in pouring

Self catering. Location very central to shops, ayr town and transport. Apartment exceptionally clean and spacious with sky TV and WiFi. Heating very easy to use and kitchen had everything we needed except sufficient cutlery and drying clothes. My party of four were very comfortable and had a pleasant stay with a good sleep. Great value for money.

It would have been good if the advert had told us they did not supply towels. One toilet roll between 4 people for 2 nights not sufficient. One knife and three forks for 4 people not sufficient

It was very cosy and spacious, hidden from all the pubs and stuff which is good but also very close if wanted.

There wasn't any towels at the property for shower/bath, wouldn't have been a problem to take my own just thought there would've been towels there, also alot of noise/shouting etc from neighbours nextdoor
