No 19 Serviced Apartment

Bright and spacious apartment. Well furnished living space and kitchen.

The shower curtain rail not fit for purpose ,came loose so we couldn't use shower or bath .Sent message to host but didn't get a response.Very disappointing!

Apartment was bigger than expected and spotless.

we never got email regarding key box until we arrived and phoned booking .com, emailed owner, who then responded with code for box. this would have been more helpful before our arrival. the number we got from booking.com to contact owner was no longer in use. on booking it states book out is 9am and no wifi faclities, to then pleasantly find wifi code , and book out 11am displayed in lounge, so this information needs updated. few tweeks needed to be to an excellent standard. showerd curtain rail still hanging of from ceiling , which since reading reviews from 2022 this still not fixed, 1 towel and 2 hand towels for 2 grown adults some areas could be doing with a bit more effort on cleanliness, here and there which sadly comes down to cleaners not owner, so bit more attention to detail. and although no condements there was 3 small boxes of cereal on top of microwave which were a month out of date . would i stay again / yes , if all these minor repairs are completed. I have also read many reviews since being at the property and cant beleive that anyone who manages a property let is allowed to miscall people publicly, surely booking.com need to review there policies on this

Location good and a lots of room. No wifi this time around which was problematic.

Bathroom shower curtain fell down as it was only held up by tape. Very little toilet roll available for a two day stay for two people. Kitchen utensils bare and no tea towels to dry dishes

My booking was cancelled by property 10h before boarding ferry to Scotland. In fact I only received a short and effortless information via booking.com that my booking was cancelled. Nobody even bothered to give me a call. I do not need to add how difficult and expensive was to find alternative accommodation 12h in advanced. I always try to support property owners on booking writing positive reviews but this time it was exceptionally bad customer service.

Nothing travelled to ayr and when i contacted hosts they told me the apartment was not available. No apology blaming booking.com. myself and 2 young chikdren then had to pay a premium to book something else locally for that night. Kids were distraught not a great start to a family holiday.

Huge apartment, comfortable bed, well furnished, good value. Ideally located for the town centre and the racecourse. Nice diner just below it

It's needing a wee bit of a refurb - the boiler broke though we managed to repair it temporarily, we couldn't get the plug out the sink in the bathroom and the shower cycled between being burning hot and cold. The iron was unusable as someone had melted something on to it and it marked a new white shirt. Would have been good to have a supply of toilet roll

Had problem with boiler no heating or hot water for the first night ,finally got it sorted by myself after many emails back and forth which wasent very good as my mother of 82 years was very cold ,we were up there for a wedding and we needed hot water for a bath as myself and my mum couldent use shower as we are both disabled
