No 19 Serviced Apartment

The apartment was great inside, outside not so much but overall good

Nothing much really, the outside and stairs wasn't the best but, and the toilet seat needed replacing along with the bathroom lock that didn't work

Very modern and well equipped

Just wish had earlier check in

Good location and decent price.

No toilet roll. Apartment had a really bad smell due to neighbours. May be a good idea to get some air fresheners.

Area was good, ample room in bedroom,

Could be done with a new double mattress, was like sleeping on a caravan bed, no springs to it. Only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel for a 3 night stay for 2 people. No toilet roll! Could t get the boiler to work so no hot water or heating. Thank goodness there was an electric shower. Directions where to find the key were given in a Check in email (which was after check In time) which was unclear.

Was lovely and tidy

It’s had no hot water or heating and messages to the owner were ignored so it was a freezing uncomfortable couple of days not happy at all I fact unwell with chest infection starting as I write this and runny nose . And bathroom was also black with damp on ceiling a shame lovely wee flat but let down by lack of care boiler flashes orange and red and we got no reply from owner or booking .com

Easy to access, great location and easy to park near. Also great value for your money.

Just need to ensure it is cleaned better in the future. Hair in the bath and tissues under the sofa but apart from that was a good two night stay.

Great apartment

Great apartment with everything we needed. Very spacious. In walking distance of the town centre. Will definitely be booking again in the future.
