No 19 Serviced Apartment

The apartment isn't fit for health n safety reasons the toilet seat is broken the shower wire thing fell on me because its broke and only been sellotaped up. The heating doesn't work and hasn't bn serviced in yrs one of the windows was broken. They doubled booked another couple in at the same time

Did not stay. Could not access property, telephone number on booking not connected.

Mattrasses ,bedding and towels needs replaced.

Lovely flat, beds really comfortable . Location was good. Well served with public transport

Toilet seat needs to be tightened it was really slack. Wasn't equipped with toilet roll, there was only a half one. No cutlery only 1 teaspoon and no knives. When you sat on the sofa it separated and was really dirty with various rubbish.

Good sized accommodation that take a family of 4 if required Very clean and tidy

Odd thing needing fixed by owner aware and fixing it asap

I can see the potential. Very quiet at night. Warm.

The apartmemt was poorly equipped. No towels, very little cutlery. There was a display of internet plus password but no internet. Pipe work to shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. When requesting towels no reply from host. Up very steep stairs. Around entry needs to tidy up and look inviting once you get up the stairs.

Communication for access. We sat in the car outside the property for over 1 hour waiting for an email with code details. Had to email twice asking for the code. Entry was at 4pm it was 4.10 before we received an email. Glasses were dirty. Not adequate cutlery. No towels!

The location was perfect for what we required.

Entrance leaves a lot to be desired. Dark and grubby. No towels in an apartment is beyond belief. Beds not comfortable at all. Iron is all burned, so couldn’t be used.

Every thing we needed . Clean and comfortable.

Could have done with a couple of cutlery knives as was only forks and spoons but not really a problem .

Value for money

Difficult to get the informations for the keys lock (that are on a different doorstep), phone number provided is incorrect, had to knock at the neighbors, dirty street and hallway, WiFi working but not connected to internet!?, heating was off, really noisy bed, no towels, poor ceiling lights in leaving room, lamp not connected to socket, no kitchen dish soap….
