In the middle of an industrial estate in Ayr which I would not even entertain. Looks like some refuge site. Number on booking is some bloke who won’t answer rude and aggressive then proceeds to give out number to some person. Landlord whoever it is is rude and aggressive after they were in the wrong and we waited over 3 hours to get access. No apology no refund given just aggressive messages. Property is a joke and should be removed from booking. Do not engage with this property at all.

Even though the street where the accommodation is doesn’t feel safe, the accommodation is very close to town center, in walking distance.

I had a very disappointing stay. When I arrived, there were no instructions on how to check in. It was already dark, and the area didn’t feel safe. I had to wait around thirty minutes for the host to respond after several calls and messages, only then receiving the key safe code to enter. The apartment was very cold and there was no internet connection. I contacted the host several times about the Wi-Fi problem, but the only response I got the next day was a message saying that I was using too much electricity and might run out of credit before the end of the week. The building’s main door was always left wide open, which made the property feel even less secure. On the third day, the entire staircase and corridor smelled strongly of weed... I booked this apartment for a week-long business trip because it was the only option with a kitchen available, but I truly regret staying here.
