In der Wohnung war alles in Ordnung und ausreichend Platz. Wir haben diese auch in dem vorgefundenen Zustand am nächsten Morgen verlassen.

Wir bekamen nur einige Stunden vor unserer Ankunft einen Nachricht vom Vermieter, da waren wir schon unterwegs. Das ist deutlich zu spät. Darin wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir ein Deposit von 100 GPB überweisen sollten. Nach einigen Komplikationen hatte das geklappt. Das hat uns natürlich auch nicht gefallen, wobei davon vorher nichts mitgeteilt wurde. Erst dann erhielten wir eine weitere Mail mit der Lagebeschreibung wobei die erste inkorrekt (falsche Adresse) war, dann war das Haus schwer zu finden und die Angaben zum Schlüsselsafe waren nicht leicht verständlich. In der Wohnung war alles in Ordnung. Wir haben diese auch in dem vorgefundenen Zustand am nächsten Morgen verlassen. Also hätten wir unser Deposit zurückerhalten sollen. Was leider bis heute nicht passiert ist.

"BEWARE THE £100 SECURITY DEPOSIT IS A SCAM"

The apartment was descent for the price

Beware the owner will FAIL TO REFUND THE £100 SECURITY DEPOSIT, utilising various excuses!!! Over a month later and I am still waiting after excuse after excuse. THE PHONE NUMBER GIVEN IS BOGUS.
