No 19 Serviced Apartment

I rented this flat and paid a refundable deposit (as they insisted I must pay it) of £100. After moving out and fulfilling the rental agreement terms, my deposit has not been returned. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have not received my refund. I am disappointed and concerned that others may face the same issue.

Venho aqui expressar a minha imensa indignação com essa acomodação, fiz uma reserva de um dia para que eu pudesse dormir nessa acomodação, estava tão cansada quando reservei que não prestei atenção que tinha que pagar a caução, vai fazer um mês que estou tentando receber meu dinheiro que essa acomodação não me deu e nada, então se vocês que queiram reservar essa acomodação peço que por favor não reservem se vocês valorizam o dinheiro de vocês não reserve esse alojamento, porque vc vai ter um grande pesado para receber o seu dinheiro e não irá receber

Apartament poc confortable. Ens va costar molt entrar perquè no ens havien passat el codi per entrar. El wifi no ens va funcionar en cap moment tot i demanar al propietari que ens ajudés.

A Lovely property with good local shops & a takeaway next door to the property highly recommend.

No how water tried numerous times but boiler would not respond, Electric shower kept cutting out making my partner not a happy bunny when freezing water arrived in the middle of her shower Internet but minus Wi-Fi causing no tv after numerous attempts to tune them in. Had get help from neighbour [to contact Gary due to phone number given not being recognised when phoning him] due to incorrect code being issued for keysafe also no yale key on keyring for entrance when arriving back from an evening out forcing us to chap up the neighbours for entry.
