Served its purpose for the night, it was clean but in need of some repair and upgrading

Only 1 hinge on the bedroom door wasn’t great. And the front door had blown wide open when we arrived so it was freezing inside.

It was a good location.

There was so many things bad about our stay: -Garbage left in the property -towels given were dirty -the was a nest of spiders in one of the rooms, a danger to public health. Apart from the ones we had to kill in all the rooms we also couldn’t slept in one of the rooms and no other solution was offer for our stay.

The convenience of being near the ferry terminal

That we were only made aware of a road closure at 3pm on the day of our arrival , travelling 7+ hours then having to wait for a convoy system . Road works were being carried out overnight and had not been advised regarding the possibility of noise. Cleanliness overall , general ageing disrepair , dodgy toilet seat . Boiler being out and having to light yourself

Comfortable enough for a one night stay and right next to the Ferry.

Good location. Good bed. Handy heating. Everything worked.
