Daily housekeeping is available only from Monday to Friday. The Security deposit of R1000 per room for stays 1 - 3 days and 3 days - 2 weeks of R2000 per room, 2 weeks to 27 days of R4000 per room. 28 days and longer R5000 per room is required and is fully reimbursed within 7 working days of check-out provided there are no damages or breakages/damages/stains or lost items during the guest stay at the Paxton Luxury Apartments.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and room. Most facilities provided.

Toilet isn't properly separate to the room therefore awkward lack of privacy. Noise from neighbouring room and corridor and light shining through blinds all night. TV isn't a smart TV, therefore no Netflix.

The location is right next to the beach, big comfortable bed and good wifi.

It was difficult to get an iron we waited for long and it did not arrive the first day, the Tv played one channel and remote did not work to change channels, there were no tea,coffee and sugar.
