Daily housekeeping is available only from Monday to Friday. The Security deposit of R1000 per room for stays 1 - 3 days and 3 days - 2 weeks of R2000 per room, 2 weeks to 27 days of R4000 per room. 28 days and longer R5000 per room is required and is fully reimbursed within 7 working days of check-out provided there are no damages or breakages/damages/stains or lost items during the guest stay at the Paxton Luxury Apartments.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. "Not so friendly at reception not coming back"

Close to the beach

No aircon limited iron for guests I couldn’t iron cos they make laundry of bedding and towels same place for guests, also security to go out takes for ever. A bit disappointed

No breakfast was offered

The other rooms are noisy, sound proofing is a challenge. There is consistent lighting outside that makes the room inside not to be dark enough. The worst was the unavailability of security to open the garage doors, you are not supposed to hoot and you always have to be phoning.
